Exchange & Return Policy – The Purl Story by Veedha

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Eligibility for Exchange/Return

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged or defective).

3. Process

  • To request an exchange/return, email us at thepurlstory@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to us at your cost (unless it was damaged/defective).

  • After inspection, we will process the exchange (as applicable).

4. Refunds

  • No Refunds

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
