Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Process

To request an exchange/return, email us at thepurlstory@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Once approved, ship the item back to us at your cost (unless it was damaged/defective).

After inspection, we will process the exchange (as applicable).

5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
