Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-stitched products, sale items, or accessories are not eligible for return/exchange.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product passes quality checks. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange for a different size/product, we will process it once we receive and inspect your returned item.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
